We read and reply

Within one business day, you will hear from us at the email address you gave. If anything in your brief needs a closer look, we will ask. Otherwise, your proposal is already being prepared.

Your proposal arrives

One page with everything in front of you: the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, the total price and the payment schedule. No obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

Agreement and deposit

If the proposal fits, we send a short agreement and your deposit invoice. The moment the deposit lands, your project is booked into the studio schedule, and your welcome pack follows.

One thing to check: our reply comes from hello@bencreatesbooks.com. If it has not arrived within one business day, look in your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Write to us and we will resend it right away.
