Publishing Assistance

Publish once. Publish right.

Done-for-you setup, from finished manuscript to live on every shelf.

Our publishing assistance handles the platforms, the metadata, the ISBNs, and the launch details that turn a finished book into a properly published one. You keep every right, every royalty, and every account in your name.

Starting at $250

For self-published authors who want a professional launch without learning every platform the hard way.

Why it matters

Most publishing mistakes are invisible until they cost you.

Wrong categories, weak metadata, bad pricing, rejected files. We set everything up correctly the first time, so your book launches clean.

One wrong setting follows your book forever.

Categories, keywords, and descriptions decide who finds your book. Set them wrong at launch and the algorithm shelves you where no reader looks.

The platforms punish guesswork.

Rejected files, account flags, and weeks of back-and-forth with support. KDP and IngramSpark each have their own rules, and they enforce all of them.

Royalties leak through bad setup.

Pricing, territories, and distribution choices compound over the life of your book. A few careless clicks at setup can cost you for years.

Common Questions

Clarity before commitment.

Everything you need to know before we set up your publishing.

Do I keep my rights and royalties?

Yes, completely. Everything is set up in your own accounts under your own name. We are paid for the setup work; your rights, royalties, and access stay 100% yours.

KDP or IngramSpark: which should I use?

Most authors need both. KDP reaches Amazon buyers directly; IngramSpark gets your print book into bookstores, libraries, and global distribution. We configure each for what it does best.

Do I need an ISBN?

For print, yes. For ebooks it depends on your distribution plan. We explain the tradeoffs in plain language, then handle assignment and registration for you.

Can you fix a book I already published?

Often, yes. Miscategorized books, weak metadata, pricing mistakes, and distribution gaps can usually be corrected. We audit what is live and repair what is costing you.

How long does the setup take?

A standard setup runs one to two weeks from the day we have your final files. Preorders and IngramSpark print proofs can extend the timeline, and we plan the launch date around them.

What do you need from me to start?

Your final manuscript and cover files, or we can produce them with our design services first. Then a short intake call covers your goals, and we take it from there.
