Refund Policy

BenCreatesBooks LLC Refund Policy.

We want every project to end with a book you are proud of. This policy explains what happens if a project is cancelled, and how refunds work for services and for digital products.

Services: if you cancel a project

• Before work begins: full refund of everything you have paid, 100%.
• Work has begun, but no deliverable has been presented yet (no cover concepts, sample pages, drafts, or mockups): we retain 25% of the total project fee to cover the work and scheduling time already spent, and refund the rest of what you have paid.
• After the first deliverable has been presented: we retain 50% of the total project fee and refund the rest of what you have paid.
• After revision rounds have begun (the project is past its halfway point): we retain 75% of the total project fee and refund the rest of what you have paid.
• After final files have been delivered: no refund. The revision rounds included in your package still apply in full.

Services: if we cancel a project

If we have to cancel a project for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid us for it, whatever stage it reached.

Third-party costs

Money already paid out on your behalf to third parties cannot be refunded. This includes ISBNs, stock imagery licences bought for your project, domain names, printing costs, advertising spend, and promotions that have been booked and paid.

Digital products: no refunds

Digital products sold in our store (templates, kits, themes, and guides) are delivered instantly as downloads, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products. There are two exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same product, the duplicate charge is refunded in full; and if a file is technically broken and we cannot repair or replace it, we refund that product in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. To ask about a refund, email hello@bencreatesbooks.com with your project or order details.

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under the law that applies to your purchase.
